Founded in 2019, Chamber Music Chicago, Inc. (CMC) is a non-profit organization established to enable audiences from throughout the Chicago region and beyond to experience performances by some of today’s leading chamber music artists through a series of chamber music concerts. By featuring prominent artists from Chicago and around the world, CMC aims to introduce Chicago-based audiences to new artists and serve as the hub for classical chamber music in the Midwest.

CMC strives to foster interest and excitement in the field of chamber music throughout the greater Chicago area by presenting concerts featuring traditional chamber music repertoire alongside newly commissioned works. Through special outreach and educational presentations CMC works to develop a greater appreciation for the chamber music art form among Chicago-based audiences.

The collaborative spirit of chamber music is a driving force behind CMC’s commitment to establishing a nurturing, thoughtful community of chamber music enthusiasts.

CMC is in residence at the Holtschneider Performance Center on the campus of DePaul University.
